Frequently Asked Questions

Does my dog need to be perfectly trained?

Nope! Don't worry I'll embrace the adventure and move with your dog. One of my main goals is to keep the session stress free! Lots of treats will be had and fun sounds will help me get their attention even if only for a second!

Can I be in the photos with my dog?

Yes please! I LOVE when pet parents want to be in the session. In fact, I even have specific sessions designed just for this. We'll discuss this in depth on the call.

What if we need help deciding where to go for the photo shoot?

That's what I'm here for! The first step of the process is setting up a call to discuss what your goals are for the session. Based on that I'll recommend locations if you don't already have something in mind!

Does my dog have to be off leash?

Nope! Most dogs are kept on leash. With a little Photoshop magic afterwards the leash will be removed!

What if my dog is fearful or reactive?

I understand this more than you know! Having my own reactive fluff at home I'm used to the nuances involved in being around these special dogs. Let's talk more about how we can do this safely!

What if the weather doesn't cooperate?

There is no additional fee if we need to reschedule the shoot for weather reasons! However, I'm also willing to tough it out as long as it's safe for everyone.
